Withdrawal Right Policy

EU Statutory 14-Day Withdrawal Right (EU Directive 2023/2673)
1. Statutory Cooling-off Period
All non-custom metal mesh products purchased by EU consumers carry a legal 14-day withdrawal cooling-off period, calculated from the date you receive your goods.
If we fail to place a visible withdrawal button on our website and fully inform you of this legal right, your cooling-off period will be automatically extended to 12 months.

2. How to Submit a Valid Withdrawal Request
You may click the "Withdraw from contract here" button located at the footer of every page on our website to send your withdrawal application.
We only require 3 pieces of information: your full name, relevant order number and valid contact email. We will never force you to fill in return reasons to submit the request.

3. Official Confirmation Receipt
Once you confirm your withdrawal application, our system will send an official email with the exact submission timestamp to your inbox without undue delay. This email is recognized as a durable medium record required by EU consumer law.

4. Excluded Customized Products
Custom-sized wire mesh, cut panels, welded trellis and items manufactured per your drawings/specifications are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right.

5. Refund Process
After we verify your eligible withdrawal application, full payment will be refunded to your original payment account within 7 working days
